We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

The free delivery threshold is based on the order total after any discounts and before delivery charges.
Dispatch
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates are from dispatch, not from when you order:
- Standard: 4–7 working days
These are estimates, not guarantees. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, the weather, or circumstances outside our control — but tell us and we'll chase it with them.
Something gone wrong
Not arrived? If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, email with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
Arrived damaged? Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll replace it.
Wrong address? Tell us as fast as you can. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change the address, and a parcel delivered to the address you gave us isn't something we can refund.
